EV101<3 To become a better athlete,one must learn a number of different skills.The first skills is to create an individual program.In order to improve my athleticism,you should focus more improving my particular weaknesses.Practicing with the team is important,but you will also want to make sure you set aside time to improve your skills.Secondly ,keep your focused when you practice.It can be easy to let your mind wander when you are doing drills and exercises.It is important,though,that you stay focus on what you are doing.Lastly,keep a positive attitude.This is because an athlete is an opportunity to compete against each other and be successful in something.Focus on the great things you can do,which allow you to pursue excellence,not perfection. In conclusion, all athlete must train in a systematic way to become great athlete.

EV101 <3 The importance of donating blood. From what I know donating blood bring many benefits to our body. Firstly, d onating blood can replace new blood cells while maintaining fitness and becoming a more productive donor to work. It can make my body more energetic and more better than before. Secondly, donating blood may decrease calories in my body. As a fat girl, this is the another way to slim down my body. Thirdly, one bag of my blood can save three lives! Isn't it great? if I donated blood, I can help many people out there who need the same blood type as me. As conclusion, donating blood is one of the ways to help people in need and also to provide good health for ourselves.

EV101<3 I am a girl. I agreed that I do like to dress up and make up but not to impress people. To clarify, I do those things to lift up my confidence. From my point of view, people basically expect me to be a noble wife in the future. This is because they already set in their mind that boys are meant to do the hard work. I believe that I need to be an educated person to stand on my own feet. In other words, if I got divorced by my husband, I do not have to worry about my financial. In my conclusion, do not judge a book by the cover just because she is a girl.
